Cornerstone Technologies primary customer base is (local, state and federal agencies as well as Fortune 500 Companies and “OEM” Original Equipment Manufacturers). Cornerstone Technologies has acquired or been awarded numerous local, state and federal government contracts and agreements. We serve and build our private business customer relationships across the United States. In connection, therewith, we collect and process all of their “e-waste”, end of life electronics. With 95% of our customers being government agencies, our longevity and security for sustained growth is firmly in place. We service hundreds of school districts and municipalities as well as hundreds of local, state and federal agencies around the United States. The owner has over 25 Years of experience as an action oriented leader and serial entrepreneur who specializes in infrastructure development and operational design of multi-million dollar projects and corporations across a multitude of industries to include: IT Asset Management and Disposition, Electronics “End of Life” Recycling, Information Destruction Services, i.e. data destruction and electronic media sanitation in compliance with NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and NAID (National Association of Information Destruction). Highly accomplished and detail-oriented EH&S professional with a demonstrated track record of development of efficient EH&S program strategies within the electronics recycling industry. Adept at forging strong internal/external relationships and able to secure the cooperation of cross-functional teams that align with business goals and outcome-based management procedures. A proven track record of demonstrating accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. Responsible for integrating and developing processes that meet business needs across the organization as well as manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise. Developed companywide Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) program which facilitates awareness and corporate culture that ensures the validation of health, safety and environmental frameworks to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements. Expertise in policy and procedure development across several industries. Enforcement of strict quantitative and qualitative measures to environmental systems & standards that have proven sustainability, i.e., R2v3 Responsible Recycler, ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), and ISO 45001 Occupational Health Safety Management Systems).
